We started Baker Strategy Lab because we saw too many great businesses being overlooked online - not because they weren't good enough, but because they didn't have the right visibility strategy. We're here to change that.

Founder & Chief Strategist, Baker Strategy Lab
Nicole's career has come full circle in the tech industry. Her first job out of college (way back in 1995) was for a company at the forefront of website creation. She spent most of her time educating people about the differences between the World Wide Web, a website, and an email address. From there, she went to a tech-focused PR agency, where she was the account manager for Intel. Later in her career, she was one of the OG influencers as a top performer on the original live-streaming platforms Periscope and Mevee. Now she's leading the charge in AI search optimization & SEO strategy and helping clients understand how to get seen online.

Madison is a natural storyteller with a talent for creating content that connects with audiences and brings brands to life. Her experience spans industries ranging from nonprofit organizations and the music industry to construction and beyond, giving her a unique ability to adapt her voice and perspective to any audience.
Her award-winning writing combines creativity with strategy to craft content that informs, engages, and inspires action. When she's not crafting client content, you'll likely find her exploring Seattle's local shops and restaurants, or enjoying time out on Lake Union or Lake Washington.

Baby is owning his new role as an only child and maintaining the culture at Baker Strategy Lab. Demure and sophisticated, he can often be found lying in the sun or supervising Nicole's video calls. Never one to turn down a treat, he's very happy to give you a high-five, as long as you make it worth his while.

Ross is a feisty little guy whose curiosity and rebellious nature often leave him dangling from hangers and hiding in cabinets. His one true love is boxes and he will happily try out your boxes with precision and care. When he's not napping in a box, you can find him watching birds out his window or figuring out how to open the treat bag on his own.
